Submission Results in Oneness

Submit to Christ's Example

Submission is out of respect for another and not about one person having more value than another.  Wives are to submit out of respect to the husband.  Model our submission after Christ's example on how the Church submits to Him.  

Submit out of Respect

Biblical submission is when authority is used to build up others and not for your own purposes.  Submission is not placing more value on one person over another.  All have equal value in God's eyes.  

Walk as Wise

Expose the works of darkness for the light of truth to be revealed.   Walking as a wise person is not about punishing others, it is about exposing the lie so that the truth can change a life so Christ will shine on us.   

Pleasing to the Lord

When we understand our value to God, who we are is right, just, and true.  If it is pleasing to God, we can believe it is true.    

Idolatry

Idols separate us from our God-given inheritance of spiritual blessings.  Entrance into the kingdom of God is by His mercy.  Being spiritually blessed is offered by His Grace.  Idols separate us from God's Grace in our life.   

Be an Imitator

You become what influences you.  Be sure the influences in life come from truth and not from the world.  You Children will become like you.  

Give Grace

Grace is giving truth to the heart of a person that will build up a person.
